Delivery Information

For urgent orders it is always recommended to call us directly on 01202 392999 to check stock and availability, 9 times out of 10 we can process the order, there is an add charge for express delivery but it depends on your requirement.

All deliveries are subject to stock and availability and are normally sent out within 1-5 working days from order, so if place the order on the weekend it will be processed on the Monday. ( Unbranded items only )

Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed. Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified when you complete the order.

Sometimes a signature is required at the point of delivery. By placing an order with Simply Hi Vis Clothing UK you are authorising us to accept a signature from another person on your behalf.

Goods supplied within the majority of the UK will be delivered within 3 working days (for Standard delivery) or next day (for Next day delivery) subject to orders being received before 12 noon. Areas of exception are Scottish Highlands and UK offshore islands.

Printed & Embroidered orders:

Production timings, all orders are normally produced & delivered within 7-10 working days from order payment/Artwork Sign off. The production times can very dependent on order size  & complexity of the order subject to status.

An 24hr/48hr express order print/embroidery production service is available at an added extra cost, restrictions do apply contact us for details.

Where a delivery date cannot be met, notification will be sent to you with a contact request to arrange a new delivery date.  We cannot be held responsible for delays in receipt of goods due to unforeseen circumstances by carriers.  Other shipping and delivery arrangements can be made, please contact our Customer Services team on 01202 392999 for further details.

Delivery times are added on to the processing times. All orders are generally processed within 1-5 working days from order subject to status .

Next working day orders must be placed before 12pm ” working day”  if the order is placed after 12pm the order will be processed the following working day, orders placed on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Delivery Information

Orders completed by 12.00pm (Monday to Friday, excluding public/bank holidays) will normally be dispatched the same afternoon for next working day delivery* (depending on your location) via courier , if you choose this delivery option (we strongly recommend that you select this method as it is tracked).

Delivery to UK mainland (excluding the Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland) is generally via courier (we use Parcel Force) for a tracked service (recommended option) but we will occasionally use other couriers on a comparable service as necessary.  Courier rates for customers in Northern Ireland, offshore, the Scottish Highlands and Islands and the Channel Islands are higher, which should be reflected in the delivery charge shown at checkout.

For shipments up to ˜1.5kg, Royal Mail First Class (small parcel) service (or Airmail for customers in the Republic of Ireland) can be selected as a cheaper option although this is an untracked and therefore riskier option, which may take a few working days to arrive (depending on your location). If you choose this option, please be aware that if the goods do not arrive you will need to check with your local sorting office in the first instance.  We must then allow a minimum of 10 working days for Royal Mail to attempt to deliver your parcel (or return to us, if undeliverable) before we can take steps to rectify.

Shipping options and prices are displayed when you enter your delivery address on the checkout screen.  If no shipping option is offered then it may be that our normal delivery service is not available to your location. In this case, please contact us with your requirements and delivery address and we’ll look into this for you.

* – Please note: next working day delivery is an estimate and is not guaranteed; occasionally, courier deliveries can take longer so please allow for this possibility when ordering.  More remote parts of UK Mainland (e.g.Scottish Highlands) may take 3-5 working days. “Working Days” are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Saturday deliveries are not offered as standard but are available at an extra charge.

Returns Information

 

We endeavour to supply only the highest quality products and believe you will be delighted with your clothing. However, if the product is defective in any way, it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below.

If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase then you can return it within 28 days of receipt in its original condition and with proof of purchase. This means it needs to be unused and still in its original packaging which is in good condition, allowing it to be resold. This excludes any items that have been *personalised These products can only be returned if they are faulty or not as described.

The customer is liable for sending items back we recommend you use a tracked service, responsibility for items while in transit. Once the item has been recevied the item will be inspected for refund.

Refunds are processed within 1-3 working days of recepit of goods – We do not keep any payment information for security reasons so we will need payment information to process the refund.

Garment sizes are approximate and are for guidance only Simply Hi Vis Clothing UK shall not be held responsible for incorrect fitting once the Customer has specified the sizes required.

All bespoke / customised – embroidered & printed garments are deemed personalised with any form of bespoke or company logos & text is deemed non-returnable unless the garment is faulty.

Embroidery mistakes on delivery: If the customer has proof read the design and accepted the artwork the customer is fully is liable for the mistake – we can send you a replacement order at full order value, corrections may be liable for artwork and set charge for mistakes that the customer has accepted.

A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all orders as per our Terms of Business
